Cde Kapela is a researcher and educator at the Workers’ College. Before joining Workers College in 1996, Kapele worked for Centre for Excellence in Learning and Teaching (CELT), Durban University of Technology (DUT) as a Facilitator and Action researcher for a Residential Education Programme (REP) for first year Economics students who are coming from disadvantage area. He is an activist, community organiser and mobiliser.
